1 Acceptance of Terms

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.
• Account sharing with another individual is not permitted.
• e999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be flagged for review. You will be notified via your registered contact details before any action is taken.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment instruments.
